We do not accept returns for products/items purchased outside of this online store. Any products/items purchased on the webstore cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged in any locations that may be selling Human Nutrition® products.

Return Policy

Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, supplements and consumable products must have their seals intact to be eligible for returns.
  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Return Process

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or product defect by Human Nutrition. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the items reach us safely.

Refund Policy

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.  Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Humannutrition@relentlessbrands.org

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
